I am wanting to contact someone who has passed. Is Medium Ashleigh able to bring through someone I would like to connect with?
Yes, it is a rarity for Medium Ashleigh to not be able to connect to someone of your choosing, which is why she has a “no-connect, no-fee” policy. However, we do recommend minimum of 3 months of their passing before trying to get in contact, as they are likely to be in transition to the spirit world.

What is the no-connect, no-fee policy?
Medium Ashleigh strongly believes in if you pay for a service, then you should receive it. Unlike many others in this industry, she has high values for accountability and in doing so, will refund your original purchase price if she is unable to make a connection to the person that you want to connect with at the point of reading.

What should I bring to the reading
There is no requirement to bring anything. Some people prefer to record their session in person, which you are more than welcome to bring a recording device in for.

Are the readings recorded?
If you are coming in person, your readings can be recorded by bringing your own device. For Skye, Medium Ashleigh has an automatic recording system and you are able to have your recording emailed to you afterwards. Phone sessions at this stage however are unable to be recorded.

How can Medium Ashleigh read me if I am not there in person?
As Medium Ashleigh holds mediumship abilities, she is able to draw a connection and seek advice from your passed loved ones and guides only. She does not need you to be close to her to be able to read you. We understand that for some, this might be harder than it sounds and try not to overthink the process. If you have been dealing with major life issues, remember to allocate 10-30 minutes before the session to help clear your mind. This ensures your energy isn’t as chaotic and is clearer to read.

Whilst we do try and get as many people in as soon as possible in the case of emergencies, please understand that we do get a lot of requests per day regarding this. It is at the discretion of management as to whether or not Ashleigh is going to be able to help within the shorter time frame, or whether you will need to book in ordinary times. This generally depends on the level of urgency surrounding the request, so please ensure that you contact us either via the contact form or the Facebook page if you are experiencing difficulties and would like to try to get in as soon as possible.
